Hiring: F&B; Captain – The City Canteen, Jaipur
The City Canteen is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible F&B; Captain to manage order taking, guest interactions, and daily outlet operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking and processing customer orders accurately.
- Handling guest interactions and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Preparing daily sales and operational reports.
- Using computers, POS systems, and MS Excel.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and service team.
- Maintaining service quality, hygiene, and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Experience in F&B;, QSR, or hospitality preferred.
- Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
