- Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products/services and generate customer interest.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and customer information.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
- RequirementsGood communication skills in English and/or Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
- Ability to communicate confidently over the phone.

- Previous telesales/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
