OVERVIEW:

An energetic and communication-focused telecaller responsible for handling student enquiries, making follow-up calls, generating counselling appointments and maintaining lead records.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Make calls to student enquiries and explain study-abroad opportunities
- Understand student requirements and provide basic information
- Generate and follow up on counselling appointments
- Maintain lead and call records
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp
- Coordinate with counsellors for walk-in appointments
- Update daily calling and follow-up status

REQUIREMENTS:

- Male candidates Only
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Hindi/Gujarati communication; basic English preferred
- Confident and comfortable speaking with students and parents
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to use MS Excel, Word and WhatsApp
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Target-oriented and good at follow-ups
