We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can generate quality leads, optimize advertising campaigns, and maximize return on investment across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns, analyzing data, and improving conversion rates.

- Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (Search, Display & YouTube)
- Generate qualified leads and improve cost per lead (CPL).
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
- Track and analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors for ad creatives.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
- Suggest strategies to improve lead quality and campaign performance.
- Required Skills Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking,



pixels, and analytics.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Basic understanding of landing page optimization.
- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in lead generation campaigns.
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Advertising are a plus.
