- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
