We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to assist with day-to-day accounting operations, financial record keeping, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles and be comfortable working with accounting software and MS Excel.

- Key Responsibilities

- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, bills, and other accounting documents.
- Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and MIS.
- Support GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related queries.
- Assist senior accountants during audits and financial closing.
- Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and timely updating of records.




- Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

- Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.

- QualificationB.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Min 6 months of relevant experience; freshers with good accounting knowledge may also be considered.
