Urgent Requirement JOB DESCRIPTION – STORE INCHARGE

Location: Sector-58, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar

Department: Stores / Materials Management

Reporting To: Plant Head / Operations Manager

CTC: ₹35,000 per month (₹4.2 LPA)

Experience: 7+ Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Store Incharge to manage complete store and inventory operations in a manufacturing setup. The candidate should have solid knowledge of IATF 16949, ERP/SAP B1, inventory control and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inward, outward, storage and inventory of raw materials, consumables, tools, BOP and finished goods.

Maintain stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, binning, labelling and physical stock reconciliation.

Maintain IATF 16949:2016 documentation, traceability and audit records.

Handle SAP B1/ERP entries including GRN, material issues, stock transfers and purchase requisitions.

Prepare stock, ageing, consumption and non-moving material MIS reports.

Coordinate with Purchase, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Dispatch and vendors.

Verify PO,



challans and invoices; handle rejected materials and vendor follow-ups.

Lead store staff and ensure 5S, safety and proper housekeeping.

Candidate Profile

Bachelor’s Degree mandatory – B.Com/BBA/B.Sc/Any Graduate.

Minimum 7 years’ experience in a manufacturing company as Store Incharge/Store Officer/Sr. Store Keeper.

Automotive/Auto Components experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and store documentation.

SAP B1/ERP experience highly preferred.

Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot).

Good vendor handling, inventory control and team management skills.

Honest, disciplined, hardworking and system-oriented.
