Operations Executive – Kolkata

As the Operations Executive for our Kolkata branch, you'll oversee end-to-end store operations — ensuring smooth service execution, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team management, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end store operations, including appointment scheduling and therapist assignment

Conduct daily briefings with therapists on performance, grievances, and grooming standards

Manage daily cash collection and petty cash/roster expenses

Ensure machine health, timely maintenance, and breakdown flagging

Drive higher ratings, reduce cancellations, rescheduling, and complaints

Manage staff rosters,



control absenteeism, and improve retention

Maintain store-level data, documentation, and communication

Conduct daily/quarterly performance reviews and RCA for KPIs

KPIs tracked: On-time delivery, cancellations, rescheduling, ratings/NPS, attrition, complaint %, absenteeism

Requirements

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge

Solid organizational and problem-solving abilities
