Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic, friendly and responsible staff to join our Kids Play Area & Arcade Zone at Maraimalai Nagar.

The role involves interacting with children and parents, assisting customers, managing play-area and arcade activities, and ensuring customers have a safe, enjoyable and welcoming experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and assist with entry, billing and recharge/card-related queries.
- Guide children and parents regarding play-area rules and safety instructions.
- Supervise children in the play area and ensure equipment is used safely.
- Assist customers with arcade games and basic game-related issues.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the play area and arcade zone.
- Support birthday parties, events and group bookings.
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
- Report equipment issues or safety concerns to the manager.
- Support opening and closing activities of the centre.
- Work together with the team during weekends, holidays and busy hours.
- Candidate RequirementsMinimum qualification:



12th / Diploma / Any Degree
- Previous experience in a kids play area, arcade, retail, hospitality, restaurant or customer-service role is an advantage.
- Should be friendly and comfortable interacting with children and parents.
- Positive communication skills.
- Tamil required; basic English communication preferred.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Candidates staying in or around Maraimalai Nagar, Singaperumal Koil, Guduvanchery, Kattankulathur, Potheri and nearby areas are preferred.
