About the Role

We are an emerging business looking for an all-rounder Operations & Inside Sales Executive to manage our end-to-end warehouse fulfillment and customer outreach operations. You will be responsible for handling our inventory (for both wholesale and e-commerce streams) while also utilizing your free time to call prospective wholesale leads and handle customer service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse & Inventory Management

- Inward Operations: Receive incoming goods from vendors, check for quantity or quality discrepancies, and handle product labeling.
- Racking & Storage: Organized placement of goods into designated warehouse racks according to wholesale and e-commerce distribution protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Safely pack and accurately print dispatch labels according to the specific requirements of marketplace channels or wholesale clients.
- Inventory Tracking: Digitally update inventory stock counts upon receiving or dispatching orders.

2. Returns & Vendor Coordination

- Returns Management: Inspect returned packages and separate sellable items from damaged/faulty products.
- Fraud Prevention:



Record unboxing video evidence for fraudulent or fake customer returns to file claims on e-commerce platforms.
- Vendor Follow-up: Coordinate the replacement or return of faulty items directly with vendors.

3. Tele-Calling, Support & Inside Sales

- Wholesale Sales Outreach: Utilize downtime to cold-call from our internal wholesale lists to generate and confirm business leads.
- Order Confirmation: Call e-commerce customers to verify shipping addresses and confirm newly received website leads/orders.
- Customer Care: Monitor online reviews, identify negative ratings, and proactively call customers to resolve their issues.

Required Skills & Experience

- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or basic inventory systems.
- Communication: Transparent, polite, and persuasive speaking skills in Hindi (fluency in basic English is a plus).
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot wrong labels, missing items, or product damage quickly.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to handle physical lifting, racking, and packaging operations inside the warehouse space
