- Incumbent needs to be well versed in managing high fashion apparels (Sample Development to Production), preferably kids wear segment.
- Incumbent will be required to independently manage the process from sample development till production shipment in a timely manner.
- Incumbent needs to have solid understanding of varied fabrics types and markets for fabric procurement
- Incumbent must have strong garment quality orientation and process control
- The role will require excellent sense of design aesthetics and production planning to enable to timely delivery for ecommerce sales channels
