IT Executive – Job Description

Position: IT Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, provide technical assistance to employees, and ensure the smooth operation of hardware, software, and network systems. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of IT best practices, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, network, and email-related issues.
- Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network security.
- Manage user accounts, system access,



and IT asset inventory.
- Install, update, and troubleshoot operating systems and business applications.
- Ensure regular data backup and recovery procedures are followed.
- Configure and maintain antivirus, firewall, and endpoint security solutions.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs, software licensing, and IT procurement.
- Monitor system performance and recommend infrastructure improvements..
- Assist in implementing current technologies and IT projects.
- Ensure compliance with organizational IT security policies.
