- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle daily accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, bank and journal entries.
- Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and conduct regular reconciliations.
- Handle GST-related accounting, reconciliation and documentation, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and input tax credit reconciliation.
- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and returns and maintain proper records.
- Manage import accounting, including supplier invoices, freight, customs duty, IGST, CHA/CFS and other import expenses.
- Maintain and reconcile Bill of Entry (BOE) records with books of accounts.
- Coordinate with banks for foreign currency payments, TT/remittances and import payment documentation.
- Track overseas supplier advance payments, outstanding balances and payment due dates.
- Monitor forex rates and exchange differences and account for forex gain/loss.
- Prepare shipment-wise landed cost of imported plastic raw materials.
- Reconcile bank accounts, GST, TDS, supplier and customer accounts.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks,



CHA and other consultants for accounting and compliance matters.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, BOE, payment documents, GST/TDS documents and other statutory records.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting and statutory compliance activities.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an Import/Export or Trading Company.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, daily accounting and bank reconciliation.
- Experience in import accounting, Bill of Entry and foreign currency transactions.
- Valuable working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
- Experience with GST reconciliation, TDS returns and supplier/customer reconciliation.
- Knowledge of forex transactions and overseas supplier payments.
- Experience in plastic/polymer/chemical/commodity trading will be an advantage.

Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills and ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts.
