About the Role

We are looking for a confident, energetic and outspoken female Telecaller who can communicate effectively with customers, understand their requirements, and handle calls professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.

Explain products/services clearly and confidently.

Generate leads and follow up with customers.

Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.

Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.

Build good relationships with customers.

Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements





0–4 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or a similar role.

Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Excellent Hindi communication skills and basic English.

Confident and outspoken personality.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Basic computer knowledge.
