We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the setup and operation of a greenfield blow molding facility manufacturing plastic containers for the dairy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project execution from planning through commercial production.
- Design plant layout, utilities, production flow, warehousing, and material handling systems.
- Select, procure, install, and commission machinery and supporting infrastructure.
- Establish manufacturing processes, quality systems, maintenance programs, and SOPs.
- Recruit and develop the core operations team.
- Manage vendors, contractors, budgets, timelines, and statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with customers to meet technical, quality, and audit requirements.
- Oversee plant operations after commissioning and drive performance improvements.

Candidate Profile





- Proven experience setting up and commissioning a blow molding, rigid packaging, or plastics manufacturing facility.
- Solid knowledge of HDPE/PP processing and packaging applications.
- Experience in production ramp-up, plant operations, and team leadership.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams, suppliers, contractors, and regulatory approvals.
- Mandatory experience supplying the dairy, FMCG, food, or beverage industries.
- Thorough understanding of industry compliance requirements, customer audits, quality systems, food-contact packaging standards, and regulatory certifications applicable to these sectors.
