Language Counsellor – Kalol
Experience: Minimum 2 Years
Salary: As per Experience + Incentives
Job Type: Full-Time | Target-Based
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students for IELTS, PTE, Duolingo, French & German courses.
- Handle calls, walk-ins, enquiries and regular follow-ups.
- Convert leads into successful enrolments.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Explain course fees, duration, batches and requirements.
- Maintain student and lead records in CRM/ERP.
- Coordinate with trainers and the International Affairs team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of counselling experience.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented with positive follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of language courses and study-abroad requirements preferred.
- English, Hindi & Gujarati preferred.
