About Atmabodh Wellness CenterAtmabodh Wellness Center is a residential wellness center in Pune offering integrated wellness programs through Ayurveda, Naturopathy, Yoga Therapy, Panchakarma, Sattvik Diet and other holistic therapies.

We are looking for a Female Wellness Therapist who can provide professional, safe and compassionate therapy services to female health seekers according to doctor-prescribed treatment plans and center protocols.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPerform Ayurveda, Panchakarma and Naturopathy therapies as prescribed by doctors.
- Provide therapies to female health seekers while maintaining privacy, dignity and professional standards.
- Prepare the therapy room, oils, herbal preparations, equipment and other required materials before each session.
- Follow proper therapy procedures, hygiene standards and treatment protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of therapy rooms and equipment.
- Assist doctors and senior therapists in carrying out prescribed wellness procedures.
- Monitor the health seeker during therapy and immediately report any discomfort or unusual symptoms.
- Maintain basic therapy records and treatment completion updates.
- Ensure timely therapy sessions according to the daily treatment schedule.
- Educate health seekers about basic pre-therapy and post-therapy precautions when instructed.
- Handle wellness guests politely and provide a comfortable, professional experience.




- Support residential wellness operations whenever required.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, infection-control and center SOPs.
- Preferred SkillsKnowledge of Ayurveda / Panchakarma / Naturopathy therapies.
- Experience with therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Potli/Kizhi, Udvartana, Steam Therapy, Head Massage, Foot Massage and other wellness procedures will be preferred.
- Good understanding of hygiene and skilled draping practices.
- Polite and patient-friendly communication.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary wellness team.
- Willingness to learn new therapies and treatment protocols.
- QualificationCertified Ayurveda / Panchakarma / Naturopathy Therapist preferred.
- Relevant therapist training or certification will be considered.
- Candidates with practical experience in a wellness center, Ayurveda hospital, naturopathy center or Panchakarma center will be preferred.

ExperienceFresher to experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with hands-on therapy experience will be given preference.

Work EnvironmentThe role involves working directly with health seekers in a structured residential wellness environment under the guidance of doctors and senior wellness professionals.
