About the Role

- We are looking for energetic and confident Out Post Consultants (OPC) to generate quality customer leads and create interest in Club Mahindra holiday memberships through customer interaction at malls, events, exhibitions, activity zones and other promotional locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach and interact with potential customers at promotional locations.
- Explain Club Mahindra's holiday membership concept and benefits.
- Identify interested and eligible prospects.
- Generate quality leads for the sales team.
- Collect and maintain accurate customer information.
- Invite qualified prospects for a detailed membership presentation.
- Coordinate appointments and follow-ups with the sales team.
- Participate in promotional events, mall activities and customer-engagement campaigns.
- Achieve daily/weekly lead-generation targets.
- Maintain skilled communication and customer experience.
