We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our consultancy firm. The candidate should have solid practical knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC/MCA compliances, along with hands-on experience in Tally and Computax software.

Mandatory Eligibility & Experience (Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered)

- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a CA Firm
- Candidates from CA Firm background only will be considered.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally is mandatory.
- Hands-on working knowledge of Computax software is mandatory.
- Practical working knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, Income Tax and ROC/MCA compliances is required.
- Candidate should be capable of independently handling routine accounting and statutory compliance assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain proper and up-to-date books of accounts for clients.
- Handle accounting entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation and other day-to-day accounting activities.
- Prepare Balance Sheet,



Profit & Loss Account and other financial statements as per applicable provisions of the Companies Act and accounting requirements.
- Handle GST compliances, including GST registration, return filing, reconciliation and related matters.
- Handle TDS compliances, including deduction, payment, return filing and related requirements.
- Handle Income Tax compliances, including ITR preparation and filing and related matters.
- Handle ROC/MCA filings and company law compliances.
- Assist in obtaining and managing various statutory registrations, including Companies Act, GST, TDS, PAN and other applicable registrations.
- Work independently on Tally for accounting and related activities.
- Prepare and process income-tax and GST related work using Computax software.
- Coordinate with clients for collection of financial information, documents and other compliance requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting and statutory compliance work.
