What you'll do:

- Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing executives
- Drive marketing campaigns & business growth from planning to execution
- Manage client and customer interactions directly — you own the relationship
- Achieve performance & revenue targets tied to real incentives
- Train, coach and mentor executives under you as your team grows
- Track campaign performance and generate results
