Apparel Quality Assessment Executive

Location: Unitech Business Zone, Sector 50, Gurgaon

Salary: Rs 24,000 - 25,000 per month

Employment: Full time, Work from Office | Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for garment fit, design, fabric, and quality. You will assess how apparel fits

on the body, communicate your observations clearly on camera, and write concise feedback on a computer.

Key Responsibilities

- Visually assess garments to estimate their size and likely fit on a person.

- Try on garments and evaluate their fit, comfort, proportions, and ease of movement.

- Describe garment design, fabric characteristics, stitching, finishing, and overall quality.

- Explain your observations clearly in front of a camera.

- Write accurate, structured feedback about each garment using a computer.

- Identify fitting issues and distinguish observable details from features that require checking the garment or its label.

Required Skills

- A good understanding of garment sizing, fit, and how clothing sits on the body.

- An eye for design details, fabric characteristics, and quality.





- Clear verbal communication and confidence speaking on camera.

- Ability to write short, meaningful garment reviews.

- Basic computer and typing skills.

- Comfort trying on garments as part of the assessment process.

Experience in fashion, apparel quality checking, styling, tailoring, or retail would be useful. Candidates who can

demonstrate the required skills are welcome to apply.

What to Expect During the Interview

The interview will include a practical assessment:

1. Select five garments from our collection that you would like to wear and believe will fit you properly.

2. Try on the garments and assess their actual fit. Appropriate trial rooms and staff assistance will be provided.

3. Present your feedback on camera, explaining the fit, design, material, and quality of each garment.

4. Write short feedback on a computer summarizing your observations. Our staff will provide assistance.

We will assess your observation skills, accuracy of fit assessment, clarity of communication, and written feedback.
