Key Responsibilities
1. Greet and assist customers in the showroom
2. Understand Customers jewellery requirements and budget
3. Explain product features , designs , pricing , making Charges and offers
4. Showcase gold , diamond and other jewellery products professionally
5. Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service
6. Follow up with customer regarding enquiries and potential purchase
7. Maintain customer relationship and encourage repeat business
Requirements
1. Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
2. Basic knowledge of jewellery products is preferred
