Role & responsibilities

- we are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Associate to join our team.
- You will be responsible for maintaining accounting and bookkeeping for SME clients and CPA firms using cloud-based accounting software such as Quickbooks Online and Xero.
- The ideal candidate should have a solid understaning
- of accounting principles and will be tasked with preparing financial statements for submission to tax authorities.
- Logical thinking and understanding different business models in a key requirement on the role.
- Additionally, the candidate will maintain data entries in accounting software, work on bank reconciliations, and conduct internet research.
- proficiency in Excel-based calculations is also required to assist in financial reporting and analysis

Preferred candidate profile

- Academic background in Finance / Accounting. B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter (drop out), CA

- Experience: 0-5 years

- Highly Proficient in MS Excel and knowledge of accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, QBO etc.)

- Robust analytical skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

- Independent operator

- Strong English communication
