ROLE:- AVP/VP

- Lead Business Development, Project Management & Organisational Operations
- Drive business growth while strengthening execution, systems and profitability
- Work closely with the senior management team on strategic decisions
- Candidate Profile
- Engineering Graduate, preferably Mechanical
- Age: 4050 years
- Experience in a Mechanical Contracting / Engineering / EPC company
- Should have worked in an organisation with 100 Crores+ turnover
- Strong experience in Business Development and Project Management
- Sound understanding of Fire Protection Industry, NFPA, NBC and relevant standards & norms
- Proven experience in handling complex projects, execution challenges and client issues
- Ability to develop and implement processes, SOPs, MIS and management systems
- Strong people-management and organisational leadership skills
- Should be tech-savvy, extroverted, commercially oriented and well-networked
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills
- Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth, key accounts and strategic relationships
- Oversee major projects for cost, time, quality, billing and profitability
- Identify and resolve execution and organisational challenges




- Build process-driven systems and accountability
- Develop and mentor the second line of leadership
- Improve coordination between Business Development, Projects, Procurement, Finance and Operations
- Introduce technology, dashboards and data-driven management
- Take ownership of overall organisational performance and growth
- Review and Audit pf all sites and weekly reporting to management as a part of his JD.
- IDEAL CANDIDATE PREFERENCE:

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- BE mechanical or B-tech

CERTIFICATES/ SKILL SETS:

- Certification in Project Management.
- MS-Office

EXPERIENCE:

- Minimum 15+ years of work experience including successfully handling various projects.
