Roles and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze complex data sets using SQL and other tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform project decisions.
- Develop detailed documentation of project progress, including status reports, meeting minutes, and issue logs.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies as a Product Owner or Business Analyst to ensure successful delivery of high-quality products.
Job Requirements :
- 6-10 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Robust analytical skills with ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.
