Process: US Telecom Inbound Voice Process related to troubleshooting voice .
Eligibility:
• Graduate Freshers & Experienced
• HSC + 6 Months Experience
• Excellent English Communication Skills mandatory
Salary:
• CTC: 20,100
• In-hand: 18,150
• Night Shift Allowance: 4,000
• Incentives: 7,000 + Unlimited Quarterly Incentives
• Total In-hand: 22,150 + Incentives
Benefits:
• Home Pickup & Home Drop
• Medical Insurance up to 3 Lakhs
Shift & 2 Week Off:
• Login window: 4:30 PM 1:30 AM
• Any 9-hour shift within the login window
• 5 Days Working
• 2 Rotational Week Offs
