Role Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with solid expertise in OTL and Core HR. The ideal candidate must have 3+ endtoend HCM implementations (including at least 2 on HCM Cloud).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead/support OTL & Core HR implementations
- Indepth understanding of HCM Cloud processes & data flow
- Clientfacing role: workshops, design, configuration, testing, golive
- Deliver functional documentation & knowledge sharing
- Strong focus on problemsolving, influencing, and stakeholder management
- Drive continuous improvement & engagement delivery
Skills Required
- 7+ years of HCM domain expertise (hiretoretire cycle)
- At least 3 endtoend HCM implementations (2+ on Cloud)
- Expert in OTL module with Core HR exposure
- Strong communication, flexibility, and leadership skills
