We are looking for a sharp, analytical qualified to join our Fraud Control Unit(FCU). This role is critical in mitigating risk by detecting suspicious insurance policies, managing investigation workflows with external vendors, and ensuring rigorous data tracking to prevent fraud.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update the Pre-Claims Risk Tracker accurately.
- Analyze existing policies to identify patterns, anomalies, and suspicious
- cases.
- Assign cases to external investigation agencies and follow up for end-to-end closure.
- Critically evaluate investigation reports to confirm fraud triggers and findings.
- Verify and process monthly invoices and bills for investigation vendors.
- Follow up with pre-claims teams regarding final actions taken on investigation reports.
- Manage and assign secondary claims investigation cases escalated by the claims team.
- Prepare weekly and monthly Fraud Control Unit MIS & Pre-Claims reports.
- Securely maintain and archive case-wise fraud evidence and investigation reports.
