Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of data scientists to develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms and Python.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems and design solutions that drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain complex data pipelines using AWS services such as S3, Lambda, Step Functions, etc.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by reviewing code reviews, providing feedback on technical decisions, and mentoring junior team members.

Job Requirements :

- 8-12 years of experience in data science or related field with expertise in machine learning.
- Solid proficiency in Python programming language with knowledge of popular libraries like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
- Experience working with large datasets using SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Proven track record of developing scalable data pipelines using cloud-based technologies like AWS.
