Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate Civil and MEP fit-out activities at project sites.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Track project progress and prepare status reports.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, and review contractor bills.
- Monitor safety practices and statutory compliance at site.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's Degree with 6-7 years of experience OR Diploma in Civil Engineering with 8-10 years of experience.
- Experience in healthcare, commercial, retail, office, or interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of Civil, Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, and Plumbing systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
