*Salary:* 25,000–40,000 + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities

* Run and manage *Google Ads & Meta Ads*.

* Generate *quality leads* for AI, Real Estate, Financial Services and Training businesses.

* Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

* Create and coordinate *posts, reels, creatives and ad content*.

* Monitor campaigns, CPL and lead quality and optimise performance.

* Track leads and prepare basic marketing reports.

* Use *AI tools* for content creation, research and marketing automation.

### Requirements

* Hands-on experience in *Meta Ads & Google Ads*.

* Good understanding of lead generation and digital marketing.

* Basic Canva/content creation skills.

* Analytical and result-oriented mindset.

* Positive communication skills.

*Preference:* Candidates with proven lead-generation results in *Real Estate, Education, Finance or B2B services*.Role & responsibilities
