Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent for permanent staffing positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or related field.
- Strong understanding of sourcing profiles, including job boards, social media platforms, employee referral networks, etc.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with clients (hiring managers) and candidates alike.
