Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Pricing Specialist with strong expertise in Import Pricing within the freight forwarding and logistics industry. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Air and Ocean freight pricing, rate procurement, quotation preparation, and vendor negotiations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare competitive quotations for Import shipments across Air & Ocean freight.
- Procure freight rates from overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and vendors.
- Calculate freight, origin/destination charges, handling charges, surcharges, and other applicable costs.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, overseas agents, and vendors to ensure accurate and timely pricing.
- Negotiate with vendors and overseas agents to secure competitive rates and improve margins.
- Handle pricing requests and rate inquiries from customers and the Sales team.




- Revise quotations based on shipment requirements and changes in freight rates.
- Maintain and update freight rate sheets, pricing databases, and vendor rate records.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations to customers and internal teams.
- Monitor market rates and stay updated on changes in international freight pricing.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in Pricing, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics.
- Robust hands-on experience in Import Pricing.
- Experience in both Air & Ocean freight pricing is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of international freight rates, surcharges, and shipment processes.
- Experience in rate procurement and vendor/agent negotiations.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple pricing requirements and work within deadlines.
