Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Manager / Head Property & Facilities to take end-to-end ownership of property maintenance, campus infrastructure, facilities, utilities and development projects. The role will ensure that the premises remain safe, functional, well-maintained, compliant and operationally efficient.

* Oversee day-to-day maintenance of buildings, offices, classrooms, studios, common areas and external spaces.

* Manage civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, AC/chillers, lifts, DG, UPS and other critical infrastructure.

* Plan and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance to minimise breakdowns and operational disruptions.

* Manage AMCs, vendors and contractors, including performance, SLAs, renewals and negotiations.

* Handle renovations, modifications, infrastructure upgrades and new development projects from planning to completion.

* Ensure timely statutory compliances, inspections, certifications and safety requirements.

* Prepare and monitor maintenance, utility and project budgets; identify cost and energy-saving opportunities.

* Maintain asset registers, maintenance records, warranties,



service reports and compliance documentation.

* Prepare regular MIS on maintenance, breakdowns, expenditure, projects and vendor performance.

* Lead and coordinate the Facilities / Maintenance / Engineering support team.

Preferred candidate profile

* Bachelors/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management or related field.

* 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in property, facilities, infrastructure or campus management.

* Experience in managing large commercial, institutional, educational, hospitality or corporate properties preferred.

* Strong knowledge of MEP services, HVAC/chillers, electrical systems, civil maintenance, AMCs and infrastructure projects.

* Solid vendor management, budgeting, negotiation, project management and problem-solving skills.
