Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Chief Accounting Officer with 3 to 5 years of same position experience to join our finance team at Vile Parle East. You will handle accounting, statutory filings, and monthly books closure.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain control over general ledger accounts, bank reconciliations, accounts payable (A/P), and accounts receivable (A/R).
- Statutory Compliance: Handle monthly GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B reconciliation) and TDS compliance (deposits, quarterly returns,



Form 16/16A).
- Monthly Closings: Prepare trial balance, month-end P&L;, balance sheet schedules, and MIS reports for management.
- Audit Coordination: Prepare schedules for statutory, internal, and GST audits; liaise with external CAs.

Requirements

- Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA.
- Experience: 5 years in same senior accounting roles (Hospitality/Hotel industry experience is a plus).
- Location: Must be based in Mumbai (local candidate preferred).
- Software: Advanced hands-on experience in Tally Prime and Tally ERP 9.
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and practical knowledge of GST/TRACES portals.
