We are looking for Oracle EBS L2 Functional Consultant – AP / Procurement / Payments / Cash Management / iSupplier with exciting project opportunities.

Job Role: Oracle EBS L2 Functional Consultant

Location: Bangalore , Hyderabad , Noida , Chennai , Pune

Notice Period: Immediate / (Notice Period)

Experience: 10–12 Years

Relevant Experience: Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Payments, Cash Management, iSupplier, P2P, Production Support, RCA, and Functional Troubleshooting .

Mandatory:

- 10–12 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support
- Strong hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP)
- Strong experience in Procurement and P2P cycle
- Robust experience in Payments and Payment Lifecycle
- Strong experience in Cash Management (CM)
- Hands-on experience with iSupplier
- Strong understanding of end-to-end financial process flows and accounting impacts
- Experience in AP operations, vendor management, invoice processing, invoice matching, and payment processing
- Strong understanding of AP Accounting
- Experience handling L2 functional support and medium to complex production issues
- Experience in functional troubleshooting, break-fix support, and data integrity issues
- Strong experience in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and permanent issue resolution
- Experience supporting month-end / month-close activities
- Experience in Oracle production data issue resolution
- Understanding of interfaces into AP and Cash Management
- Experience monitoring integrations for data leakage and error handling
- Experience with Oracle SRs, patches, and issue follow-up
- Experience working in a 24x7 enterprise support workplace
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills

Good-to-Have:

- Experience with SOP-driven production support and process automation
- Experience performing smoke testing after planned/unplanned system outages
- Experience supporting new enhancements/projects and Knowledge Transition (KT)




- Experience identifying opportunities to automate repetitive support activities
- Experience conducting training for power users
- Experience working with cross-functional technical and functional teams
- Experience with ITSM / Incident Management processes
- Experience handling critical priority production incidents
- Experience supporting month-end close in a 24x7 environment

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the L2 functional escalation point for Oracle AP, Procurement, Payments, Cash Management, and iSupplier modules.
- Analyze and resolve medium to complex functional issues reported by users or L1 support.
- Perform technical troubleshooting of functional issues and understand interfaces into AP and Cash Management.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and non-recurring issues and support permanent fixes.
- Resolve functional break-fix incidents through permanent fixes or suitable workarounds.
- Handle and resolve production data integrity issues in Oracle EBS.
- Manage and follow up on Oracle SRs, patches, and product issues through resolution.
- Support month-end/month-close activities and resolve critical operational issues.
- Perform smoke testing following planned or unplanned system outages.
- Monitor integrations for data leakage, interface failures, and error handling .
- Support P2P processes , including procurement, invoice matching, vendor management, AP accounting, and payments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to vendor invoices, payment processing, accounting, and financial transactions .
- Provide technical and functional support for AP and Cash Management interfaces .
- Conduct error detection, correction, and RCA for production issues.
- Provide training and functional guidance to power users .




- Support new enhancements and projects through knowledge transition from product teams .
- Identify opportunities to automate SOP-driven support activities .
- Collaborate with functional, technical, business, and L1/L3 teams to resolve issues effectively.
- Provide 24/7 support through in-person or Zoom for priority/critical operational issues and month-close activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, SOPs, issue records, and support governance.

Who Can Apply?

✔️ 10–12 years of strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support .

✔️ Strong hands-on experience in AP, Procurement, Payments, Cash Management, and iSupplier .

✔️ Strong knowledge of the P2P cycle .

✔️ Strong experience in invoice matching, vendor management, payment lifecycle, and AP Accounting .

✔️ Strong understanding of financial process flows and accounting impacts .

✔️ Experience in L2 production support and functional troubleshooting .

✔️ Strong experience in RCA, break-fix resolution, and production data issue handling .

✔️ Experience supporting month-end/month-close activities .

✔️ Experience with Oracle SRs, patches, and production issues .

✔️ Understanding of AP and Cash Management interfaces .

✔️ Experience monitoring integrations and error handling .

✔️ Strong experience working in 24x7 enterprise support environments .

✔️ Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills .

✔️ Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience .
