Responsibilities

- 1. Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, coach, and mentor a city-level Brand/Ad Sales team to deliver high performance.
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and customer-first execution.
- Set clear sales goals and track achievement through regular reviews and feedback sessions

2. Ad Sales & Brand Partnerships

- Identify, acquire, and grow partnerships with regional and hyperlocal brands across categories such as F&B;, Retail, Healthcare, Fitness, Education, Beauty, and Local Services.
- Monetize digital ad spaces (in-app banners, push notifications, approval screens, community forums) and on-ground formats (lift branding, kiosks, sampling, resident engagement events, OOH/DOOH).
- Build and maintain strong advertiser relationships to drive renewals, frequency, and consistent revenue growth.

3. Campaign Planning & Execution

- Ensure campaign objectives—ROI, visibility, lead generation, and engagement—are met consistently.
- Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, coordinating with creative, operations, and analytics teams.
- Share detailed performance reports and insights with clients to build trust and encourage repeat business.

4. Market Growth & Hyperlocal Strategy





- Expand city-level monetization by onboarding local businesses and regional advertisers targeting premium gated communities.
- Analyze city-specific consumer trends to design and implement localized monetization strategies.
- Explore innovative formats and partnerships to enhance ad inventory and advertiser engagement.

Required Skills

- Mandatory requirements for this position
- Experience: 7–8 years in Advertising Sales, Brand Partnerships, or Media Sales.
- Minimum 3–4 years of team management experience in a sales leadership capacity.
- Proven success in closing hyperlocal/regional ad sales deals and scaling advertiser relationships.
- Strong network of local advertisers, media buyers, and agency partners.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to track campaign performance and optimize outcomes.
- Entrepreneurial approach with high ownership, initiative, and growth orientation.
