Role & responsibilities

- Prepare 2D plumbing layout drawings (water supply, drainage) using AutoCAD
- Prepare fire-fighting system drawings (hydrant, sprinkler)
- Update drawings based on site changes(as-built drawings)
- Support BOQ preparation based on drawing take-offs

Preferred candidate profile

- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, MEP or a relevant technical discipline.
- 25 years of experience as a Plumbing Draughtsman, preferably with an MEP or plumbing contracting company.
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD with hands-on experience in preparing plumbing shop drawings and construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of water supply, drainage, soil & waste, rainwater and sanitary plumbing systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and MEP drawings.




- Experience in preparing plumbing layouts, detailed drawings, coordination drawings and as-built drawings.
- Knowledge of pipe sizing, slopes, levels, plumbing shafts and pump room layouts.
- Experience working on residential, commercial, high-rise or other large-scale projects will be preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit MEP / BIM will be an added advantage.
- Should be detail-oriented, technically sound and capable of coordinating with engineers and site teams.
- Candidates with practical site coordination experience will be preferred.
