Making PR- PO, taking GRNs, cross verify all the supporting. Managing this processes end to end, with accuracy and timeliness

2. Tracking and handling product dispatch for promotional purposes, with proper documentation. Ensuring the documentation compliance in lines with instructions from finance.

3. Making monthly provision and budget forecast

4. Maintaining positive internal and vendor communication. Excellent coordination amongst internal stakeholders.

5. Have basic knowledge of finance and vendor management

6. Good IT prowess. Ms excel, ms outlook familiarity is a must. Prior knowledge of Coupa will be very good.

Preferred candidate profile

2+ years expereince in handling backend marketing coordination work.
