Senior Analyst - Risk & Regulatory Reporting | 3-7 Years | Mumbai

We are hiring for a senior Analyst in Risk & Regulatory reporting for a leading financial services organization.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Regulatory & Wholesale Risk Reporting, RWA Calculations, Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Capital Adequacy, FINREP/COREP, Regulatory Reporting, and Prudential Compliance who can manage internal capital reports and external regulatory submissions.

Responsibilities –

1. Prepare, review, and control internal capital reports and external regulatory submissions.
2. Perform RWA calculations for derivatives under Standardized, IMM, and other regulatory-prescribed approaches.
3. Support Capital Adequacy assessment, Own Funds/Capital Resources evaluation, and Leverage Ratio tracking and oversight.
4. Perform data analysis and reconciliation across finance ledgers, risk systems, source data, and regulatory reporting outputs.
5. Identify, manage, and resolve data-related regulatory reporting issues and support RWA optimization initiatives.
6. Analyse PnL adjustment methodologies and their regulatory and capital implications.

Requirements –

1. Graduate/Postgraduate with 3–7 years of experience in Regulatory and Wholesale Risk Reporting.
2. Strong understanding of Standardized Approaches for Counterparty Credit Risk, Market Risk, Settlement Risk, and Capital Deductions.
3. Proficiency in RWA calculations for derivatives, including Standardized and IMM approaches.
4. Strong knowledge of FINREP/COREP reporting frameworks, including preparation, review, and submission of regulatory returns.
5. Good understanding of PRA, EBA, BaFin, JFSA, and MAS regulatory reporting standards and prudential compliance.
6. Strong analytical, reconciliation, issue-resolution,



and stakeholder-management skills with an understanding of capital and regulatory reporting processes.
