About the Role

We are hiring experienced MSME Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs) for a Wealth Management MSME banking process.

The role involves managing MSME customers through voice and digital channels, resolving banking queries, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable banking/wealth solutions, and achieving customer engagement and business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage relationships with existing MSME banking customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
- Achieve assigned sales,



service and customer engagement targets.
- Maintain customer records and follow banking compliance/process guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service through voice and digital channels.

Eligibility

Minimum 1 year relevant MSME VRM experience – Banking sector only
Graduate in any discipline
Strong English and Hindi communication
Versant Level 5 / equivalent mandatory
Telugu-speaking candidates preferred
CIBIL score 650+ mandatory
Candidates should be comfortable with customer-facing banking interactions.
