- Design and develop 3D models using Revit software for HVAC systems, MEP services, and structural elements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient designs.
- Create detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from the designed models for construction documentation purposes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to BIM modeling errors or inconsistencies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-6 years of experience in a similar role as a BIM Modeler or equivalent position.
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Structure & MEP) with knowledge of Navisworks simulation tool.
- Solid understanding of HVAC design principles and practices; ability to create complex system layouts.
