Locations - Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kakinada, Bangalore, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Udaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bhilwara, Navi Mumbai.
Responsibilities:
- Drive life-insurance sales through bank branches and bank customer relationships.
- Generate leads from existing/walk-in bank customers and convert them into policies.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and bank staff to generate business.
- Conduct product presentations and explain insurance/financial solutions.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with bank partners and customers.
- Train/motivate bank employees to identify insurance opportunities.
- Track daily sales, leads, conversion and performance MIS.
- Ensure proper documentation, KYC and compliance with IRDAI/company guidelines.
- Provide customer service and support for existing clients.
- Reporting will be to the Area Head.
