Profile: Customer Service Executive - CCU RL (Email & Chat Support)

Company: Kotak Mahindra Bank (Direct Payroll)

Eligibility:

- Graduate (Mandatory)
- Experienced candidates preferred
- Age: 20 to 30 years
- Excellent English communication (Verbal & Written)

Job Profile:

- Handle customer queries via Email & Chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service for retail banking products

Salary & Perks:

- Up to 4.5 LPA CTC (Based on interview performance)
- Direct Payroll with Kotak Mahindra Bank

Shift:

- Rotational Day Shift (7:00 AM 8:00 PM)
- 9-hour shift (including breaks)
- 8 Rotational Week Offs per Month
