? ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and assist them with product selection.
- Achieve sales targets through counter sales and upselling.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and POS operations.
- Maintain store displays, visual merchandising, and proper stock arrangement.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of the sales counter.
- Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

? SKILLS REQUIRED

- Good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing and retail operations.
- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
- Freshers can also apply.
