About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Travel Sales Consultant who can convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while delivering an excellent customer experience.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, understanding travel requirements, preparing customized itineraries and quotations, following up with leads, negotiating with customers, and closing holiday bookings.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries for domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements including destination, travel dates, budget, number of travellers, hotel preferences and activities.
- Prepare and share customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers until booking confirmation and payment.
- Suggest suitable hotels, sightseeing, transfers, activities and other travel services based on customer requirements.
- Upsell relevant services such as flights, hotels, visa, travel insurance, transfers and activities.
- Coordinate with the operations/reservations team to ensure smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations and booking status in the CRM/lead management system.
- Build strong relationships with customers and generate repeat and referral business.
- Negotiate effectively while maintaining company margins and commercial guidelines.
- Stay updated on destinations, hotels,



travel products, seasonal offers and market trends.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve pre-sales concerns promptly.
- Meet individual and team KPIs related to lead conversion, revenue, bookings and follow-ups.
- Key SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation ability.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp, email and CRM/booking systems.
- Ability to work under sales targets and deadlines.
- Customer-focused and proactive approach.
- Good presentation and quotation-making skills.

Preferred ExperienceCandidates with experience in holiday package sales, travel agency sales, DMC sales, OTA sales or travel consultancy will be preferred.

Experience with destinations such as Kerala, Goa, Rajasthan, Himachal, Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, Maldives and Sri Lanka would be an advantage.
