? Job Role

Humein apni Telecalling Team ko manage aur guide karne ke liye ek responsible aur confident Female Telecalling Team Leader ki requirement hai.

Candidate mein good communication skills ke saath team handling aur team coordination ki ability honi chahiye.

? Key Responsibilities

- Telecalling team ko daily basis par manage aur guide karna.

- Team members ko calling process aur customer communication mein support karna.

- Daily calling targets assign aur monitor karna.

- Team ki performance ko track karna.

- Team members ke doubts aur basic issues ko resolve karna.

- Customer follow-ups aur calling activities ko monitor karna.

- Daily/weekly performance reports maintain karna.

- Team ko motivate karke assigned targets achieve karwana.

- Management aur telecalling team ke beech proper coordination maintain karna.

✅ Candidate Requirements

- Female candidates only.

- Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.

- Age:



18–30 Years.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- English language is NOT mandatory.

- Hindi mein confidently baat kar sakna chahiye.

- Any Regional Language ka knowledge is an added advantage.

- Team handling/management skills required.

- Leadership aur problem-solving ability honi chahiye.

- Responsible, confident aur target-oriented attitude.

- Fresher candidates with good leadership/communication skills can also apply.

? Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 A.M. - 07:00 P.M.

Weekly Off: Sunday
