About the Role

Sugarfit is looking for Customer Experience Associates who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer support and building meaningful customer relationships. The role involves handling customer interactions through calls, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Eligibility

1. 6 Months to 3 Years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, BPO, or Voice Process roles.
2. Excellent verbal communication skills.
3. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language.
4. Robust customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
5. Comfortable working rotational shifts and weekends.
6. Freshers are not eligible.
