Job Role –

TelecallerAs a Telecaller, you will be responsible for speaking with potential and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, following up with prospects, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Handle inbound customer calls and respond professionally to enquiries.
- Explain products/services, features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
- Identify customer requirements and qualify potential leads.
- Follow up with interested customers and support lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-ups.
- Update CRM, spreadsheets, or call logs regularly.
- Handle basic customer queries and coordinate with the relevant team when required.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets.
- Follow company processes, customer-service standards, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Good communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Ability to speak clearly in English and/or local languages.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.




- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Ability to maintain call records and customer information accurately.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or inside sales is an advantage.

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass or equivalent; higher education is an advantage.
