International Voice Process Executive
- Handle inbound/outbound calls with international customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Follow defined scripts, processes, and quality standards.
- Maintain required AHT, CSAT, FCR, and quality metrics.
- Document every interaction accurately in CRM.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Excellent spoken English and neutral/clear pronunciation.
- Robust listening, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Prior international BPO/voice-process experience preferred, but freshers can be considered depending on the client.
